Why do we need to balance our hormones?
Hormones are molecules that produced by the endocrine system that are in charge of every functions in our bodies. Hormones can have effects on your mental, physical and emotional health. If they are too high or too low, they can cause many problems like illnesses or diseases.
Women should keep their estrogen and progesterone levels in balance. Their hormones usually changes or reduce during approaching or past menopause, around the age of 50 years old. They may experience symptoms like gaining weight, mood swings, or feel uncomfortable as their bodies produce less estrogen.
Men usually produce less testosterone after the age of 30, and by the age of 45, their original growth hormones may be less than 50%. Which can cause uncontrollable and uncomfortable symptoms.
